SOCCER

The Tawa College Soccer 1st XI have been competing in the pre-season Hilton-Petone Cup.

Their results to date are:
     beat Petone 1-0 .
     beat Stokes Valley 5-1
     beat Wellington College 1st XI 2-1

They have therefore qualified for the quarter finals.


SURFING

In surfing Joseph Kelly was placed 2nd in the Under 18 Men's at the Wellington Scholastics Surfing Championships and earns the right to represent the Wellington Region in the National Schools' Surfing Championship which will be held in Dunedin later in the year.

Kirk Beyer was placed 3rd in the Under 18 Men's.
Josh Beyer was placed 1st in the Under 16 Body Board Competition.
