Sports Update  -  4th September 2006

• On Saturday 2nd September the Boys Soccer 2nd XI beat the Scots College 1st XI to take out the Soccer Premier 3 title 3-1 on penalties after the fulltime score was locked at 2-2.
  
  
• The Boys Under 65kg Rugby team beat HVHS 12-5 in the final on Saturday 2nd September to claim the Wellington Division 2 title.
  
  
• Moses Petelo, year 11, played a key role in Western Suburbs winning the Chatham Cup (New Zealand's equivalent of the F.A. Cup).
  
  
• The hockey and netball seasons are still going (as at the start of September).
  
  
• The Senior Boys A Basketball team came 2nd in the Senior Boys Division 2 Final.
  
  
• The Senior Boys B Basketball team won the Senior Boys Division 5 Final.
  
  
• The Senior Boys C Basketball team came 2nd in the Senior Boys Division 6 Final.
  
  
• The Junior A Boys Basketball team came 5th in the Junior Boys Division 1 Grade.
  
  
• The Junior B Boys Basketball team came 5th in the Junior Boys Division 5 Grade.
  
  
• The Junior C Boys Basketball team came 6th in the Junior Boys Division 6 Grade.
  
  
• The Girls 1st XI Soccer team lost the Division 2 Soccer final to HVHS.
